Membertou's Haunted Walk

Membertou's Haunted Walk

Good-bye, September. Hello, October!

The weather is changing, the leaves are starting to turn and pumpkin spice drinks are trending on Instagram (hashtag basic!) Autumn is in the air and we are only a few short weeks away from the most wonderful time of the year. No, not Christmas...HALLOWEEN! As our action-packed summer programs have come to an end, our focus has shifted to Fall. We have switched gears and planned an event that is spook-tacular and bone chilling.

Casper? Is that you?

There have been many reports of paranormal activity within Membertou, and you would be amazed by what people have reported seeing and hearing. Many paranormal encounters occur late at night while Membertou employees are working the "graveyard shift." Whether that be at the Membertou Trade and Convention Centre, Membertou Boxing Club or the Membertou Heritage Park.

Mark this in your calendars, goblins!

On October 21st, we will take you on a ghost tour of our community and share stories about our haunted buildings. We will visit the buildings with the most paranormal activitiy and see what we can encounter! There will also be a special surprise at end of the tour - A Halloween Party and Bonfire at the Membertou Heritage Park...muhaha!

Intrigued? There are only 30 spots available so be sure to register early...if you dare! The cost for the tour is $13.00 per body and the bonfire event is FREE for everybody! The tour will begin at 6:00 P.M. and the bonfire event will start at 8:00 P.M.

Who you gunna call? Ghost Busters! ...just kidding, call Destination Membertou!

Although her last name is Christmas, she can change it to Halloween...just for this month. To book your spot, please contact Jessica Christmas (or Halloween...whatever you prefer) via email at: or (902) 564-6466 ext. 5027.
